With 50 years of experience in retail and a particular focus on the convenience sector, John has extensive experience working with owner-managed businesses through to large corporates and is wholly passionate about corporate development and assisting with ambitious growth plans for aspirational businesses. John also offers insight into markets and is always keen to explore working with forward-thinking boards.

John has extensive business experience working with a variety of businesses on a consultancy basis that are flexible to suit the business. No two clients are the same nor are their requirements. Some clients use John for strategic advice, strategically reviewing financials, monitoring management accounts, assisting as a mentor and acting as a sounding block on business decisions.

He is a qualified CEDR Accredited Mediator and offers his services in the dispute resolution field that delivers a real alternative to expensive litigation. Mediation is a valuable service that can result in much faster resolutions with substantially lower costs than litigation in dispute cases.
