Post-Covid 19 - “The shopping experience will be very different”

C-Store Collective’s John Heagney talks to BBC Look North about how the retail and convenience environment might change post lockdown.

John said:

People have shopped locally and found that their local shops and convenience stores have provided a great service. I believe part of the business they’ve gained, they will retain longer term…there are some positives to come out of the negatives.
